Returns & Exchanges:
I do accept returns and exchanges if the item has been damaged or is incorrect.
It is my full responsibility to ensure all items arrive undamaged via secure packaging.
If you have any issues with your order please feel free to message me so we can work something out.

All orders may take up to 1-3 processing days before they have been shipped out unless otherwise noted, please contact me for urgent purchases as i am willing to work with everyone.  

I am not responsible for missing orders that have been shipped out with a tracking number after it has been accepted by USPS.
Please contact USPS with the tracking number that is provided if you run into an issue with your parcel. 
Take into account delays with shipping may occur because of the epidemic, internation orders may take an expectionally long amount of time.
